The mission of World Builders Incubator (WBI) is to speed the pace of progress with narrative arts, entertainment, and resources focused on social and environmental solutions.

To accomplish its mission, WBI incubates solutions-focused entertainment in all mediums and genres of fiction, including books, TV, film, plays, video games, podcasts, and more.

Two old friends take a cross-country road trip in an electric car; each time they stop to recharge, hijinks ensue! This story lets the audience experience life in a climate-stable world with all charging infrastructure in place and fully regenerative resources.

Will & Grace
With tremendous humor and joy, WILL & GRACE, created by David Kohand and Max Mutchnick, paved the way for Marriage Equality! Joe Biden, cited this show specifically as influencing his decision to support Marriage Equality legislation.

The Ministry for the Future
In Kim Stanley Robinson’s brilliant novel, a governmental Ministry for the Future is established in 2025 to, “advocate for the world’s future generations and to protect all living creatures, present and future.” The reader experiences how solutions could be implemented and what life could be like with those solutions in place.

World Builders Incubator (WBI) is centered around a large, multi-sector, volunteer Coalition: the World Building Council.

 

The Council is the brain trust, talent bank, and network for WBI’s programs. Members have no legal responsibility for the organization, and there are no meetings


Without obligation, WBI invites members to: provide feedback or expertise; make connections to their networks; and/or participate in programs.
